Some people seem to think that if you have money or are famous, you are above the law. Not so! Arizona is one of the toughest states in the country on DUI laws and enforces those laws to the fullest extent—no matter who you are.
Case in point: former Diamondbacks (and Chicago Cubs) first baseman, Mark Grace, was scheduled to start serving his time this week. After pleading guilty to felony DUI charges, Mr. Grace will serve four months in jail plus two years on probation.
